• All UPS expedited orders need to be received before 9:00 a.m. EST to be shipped same day (Monday through Friday).

• We ship via UPS.  The shipping rate is calculated by Product Weight and the Shipping Address.
• All Orders take Approx. 1-2 business days to ship
• The Ribbon Carnival will not be responsible for any lost packages if shipped first class or priority international.
